Critical Illness and Income Protection Insurance

Critical Illness Insurance is primarily a benefit that will pay the sum assured when one or other of the policyholder’s insured events occurs. This might be a serious illness diagnosis such as a heart attack, stroke, cancer, loss of limbs and similar diagnoses.

The policyholder can then use the sum assured to help pay for the required treatments, specialist care and to generally help with any other financial security issues at the time. Some policies will include critical illness insurance protection for children and others can be combined with a life assurance policy, so please ask us for details of these different products.
